In a nutshell, I loved the movie and I highly recommend seeing it. It is well worth the time and money. I, myself, will probably see it in theaters as many times as I can! It just isn't the same if you don't see it on the big screen at least once!

I absolutely loved it too! I saw it twice this weekend hahaa! I agree - she was awesome as Katniss! I think I liked Peeta more in the movie than I did in the book for some reason. I loved the scene when Katniss was so worried about the berries! Also the tracker jacker scene was awesome-hope that doesn't sound morbid of me ha! Yea, that "one part" was sooooo sad! Glad your mom liked it! She is so sweet! OH yea & I jumped SUPER-ALL-OVER-THE-PLACE when the mutations came out! Can't wait to see how the other movies come out! :D
ReplyDeleteI really liked the movie too. I had so much respect for Jennifer before this movie and now that's only intensified. All of the characters were really great. I just posted a short rave review on the movie also! Great review! I liked that you included your mom's opinion. It was nice hearing someone's opinion who hasn't read the series.
